Despite some end of the year shortages, here at CSA, a duo of U14G’s, a bevy of U15G’s and a slate of U16G’s combined under the guidance of Coach Kazemaini to take the Flagship Cup in their division at Erie, PA this weekend. Following a tough loss to Northern Steel’s U16G team the day before, this combined team went to the finals against that team confidant that they could be beat Northern Steel. THEY DID! In overtime action, CSA managed to connect for the all important goal and then held tight to be victorious with a 1-0 win. It was a fantastic feeling and the parents and fans present marveled at how easily this team came together. Though the team was a combination of 3 teams, CSA’s coaching appears to have paid off with this group of terrific young women!

Congratulations to the U12 Girls CSA team, they took first place in the Adidas Warrior Classic in Dayton on Memorial Day. Great job!!!  Congratulations to the U10 Girls who were tournament finalists.

Tryouts for the Cleveland Soccer Academy Impact boys and girls teams in age groups U 9-14 will be held at Lost Nation Sports Park June 8 and 9. Tryout schedule:
Tuesday June 8 Boys and Girls
U9, 10,11,12.... 5:45-7:15pm
U13 & U14 7:00 - 8:30 pm Wednesday June 9 Boys and Girls
U9, 10,11,12.... 5:45-7:15pm
U13 & U14 7:00 - 8:30 pm All players must register on line prior to the tryout date. Go to the Main menu item titled Register Online, complete the form, and make your payment by credit card. Print a copy of the registration form, sign it and bring to the tryout check in area. The printed registration form will be your proof of registration and payment. On Line Registration is closed during the days of tryouts. Only walk up registrations will be accepted during the tryout period. The printed registration form can be found at the Forms page of the web site. Please bring the completed form and the $85 fee to the registration area. Credit card payment will be available.
A deposit of $115 for U10 players and $175 for U11-14 players is due by June 7. Returning Impact members should pay the deposit online at the Impact website Members page to assure it is received prior to June 7. The deposit is the first payment toward your playing fees. New players will need to bring the deposit to the tryouts. Any person not selected to a team will have the registration fee and deposit refunded.
